1. Choose Your Meal Plan

Browse our weekly rotating menu and select the meal plan that fits your goals and lifestyle. Each plan includes our signature dish of the week unless a substitution is requested when ordering.

2. We Prepare Everything Fresh

All meals are prepared fresh Sunday morning in our licensed commercial kitchen using premium ingredients and precision macros to ensure quality, freshness, and consistency.

3. Pickup or Delivery

Meals are ready Sunday afternoon. Choose curbside pickup from 1:00–2:30 PM or home delivery between 2:30–6:00 PM and enjoy ready-to-eat meals all week.

• Meals are freshly prepared each Sunday.

• Delivered or ready for curbside within scheduled windows.

Thermo Bag System

To maintain delivery integrity, insulated thermo bags with ice packs are included for your first weekly delivery for a one-time fee. Please return bags for rotation and reuse.

📢 ORDER REMINDERS

• Orders placed after Saturday at 3 PM will be fulfilled the following week. We will contact you if we‘re unable to fill a late order. We do take a few late orders.

• No refunds; credits can be applied toward the next available Sunday.
